Our wholesale after-sales policy for units that arrive damaged or have a confirmed manufacturing defect.

This policy applies only to affected units that arrive damaged or have a confirmed manufacturing defect. Please contact us within 7 days after receiving the products. Claims submitted after 7 days will not be accepted.

Please provide clear photos or videos of the affected units, outer cartons and shipping labels where relevant. Keep the affected products and original packaging until we confirm the next step.

The policy applies to the affected damaged or defective units, not automatically to the entire order. After reviewing the evidence, we may agree a replacement, refund or account credit for the affected units.

The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed in writing. Please do not send products back before receiving our written instructions.

Customized products and approved samples do not support no-reason returns. They are not returnable unless the issue is caused by our error or a confirmed manufacturing defect.
